By using HH Color Lab (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
The Site is provided free for personal and commercial use. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt or overload it, use automated means to harm it, or copy the Site’s code and written content to republish as your own.
2. Accuracy and no professional advice
Color values are calculated for on-screen use. Colors may look different on other screens, and CMYK values are estimates that can differ from real printed results. Accessibility results, such as contrast ratios, are guidance based on published standards and do not replace a professional accessibility audit or legal advice. The color vision test and the color blindness simulator are for education and screening only; they are not a medical diagnosis, and anyone concerned about their vision should see an eye-care professional. The tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
3. Your content
Images you open in the tools are processed in your browser. We do not receive or store them. You are responsible for having the right to use any image you load. Images are limited to 20 MB.
4. Advertising and third-party links
The Site shows ads from Google AdSense. Please do not click on ads for any reason other than genuine interest. We are not responsible for the content of advertisers or third-party sites. See our advertising and cookies section for details.
5. Intellectual property
The Site design, text and code belong to HH Color Lab. Colors and color values themselves are not owned by anyone, and the colors, palettes and gradients you create with the tools are yours to use.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Site available and correct, but we may change, suspend or remove any tool or page at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the Site.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Solapur, Maharashtra.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
