This policy explains what information is handled when you visit HH Color Lab (the “Site”), operated by Hariprasad Dyavarkonda, Ashok Chowk, Solapur 413005, Maharashtra, India. We keep data collection to a minimum: the tools work without accounts, and the colors you pick and images you open stay in your browser.
Information we collect
We do not require accounts and we do not ask for your name, email address or any other personal details to use the tools. The colors you pick and the images you open are processed locally in your browser and are not sent to our servers.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit, for security and reliability.
If you email us, or send a message using the Gmail or email links on the Contact page, we receive the details you include (such as your email address, your message and, if you leave them in, your browser and screen details). We use this information only to reply to you and to fix the problem you reported.
Data stored on your device
Some tools, such as the Palette Creator and Browse Palettes, can save your own palettes or favorites in your browser’s local storage. This data stays on your device, is never sent to us, and can be removed at any time by clearing the site data in your browser settings.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners, as third-party vendors, use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites.

Google Fonts
The Site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver the font files, your browser requests them from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address and standard browser information as part of that request.
Visitors from the EEA, UK and Switzerland
Where required by law, personalised ads are shown only with your consent. Visitors from these regions are shown a consent message provided through Google’s consent tools, where you can give, refuse or withdraw your choice at any time.
Retention and security
We do not keep personal data in a database of our own. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited time under its own policy. The Site is delivered over HTTPS.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies, the GDPR or UK GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data held about you, or to withdraw consent. The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
